House Rules for Tournament Texas Hold EM

HOUSE RULES FOR TOURNAMENT TEXAS HOLD EM:

 

  1. Licensee

  5. Exits are located on the north side and west side of the building.  Players will be notified of any and all emergencies with instructions to be followed by the floor person.

  7. If a tournament reaches max time limit, winners will be announced according to their chip count and prizes will be awarded accordingly.

  9. Games offered will include but not be limited to Texas Hold Em.
  10.  
  11. The statutory limit of total winnings one player can cash out in one single day may not exceed the State of Michigan’s limit of $15,000.
  12.  
  13. There shall be a three raise max rule.
  14.  
  15. There is a one hand limit per player.
  16.  
  17. You must announce raise with a single chip or else it will be considered a call.
  18.  
  19. Charities reserve the right to refuse plays to any person they feel threatens the charitable event.
  20.  
  21. Any problems during play must 1st try to be resolved by the dealer. 2nd resolved by the floor person whose decision will be final.

  23. Premier Poker Lounge refers to Roberts Rules of Poker for any conflict regarding all card games.

      15.  Tipping the dealers is absolutely prohibited. 

      16.   The tournament will end when all but one player is eliminated. 

      17.   Every player must protect there own hand. 

      18.   All chips must remain on the table at all times and the house reserves the right to color up players chips at anytime to preserve the "chip flow"                         

     19.  Any person(s) involved or suspected of any illegal or criminal acts or activities     

              will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.  This is a                                                      

              charitable gaming event with proceeds benefiting local organizations.  The hall  

              owners and charities expect all participants to abide by the rules and enjoy      .

              themselves doing so.

 20.   In case of a power outage, time limit or an uncontrollable emergency, the   players   of a cash game will be paid face value for the chips they have in front of them.  Any chip’s that are in the pot and can not be agreed upon to who bet what will be considered the houses.  Players in a tournament will be awarded top places according to their chip stacks.  In case of a tie(s), those players will chop the appropriate place and will be awarded equal points for that position.        

21. Anyone that leaves with chips will not be able to redeem those chips at any other time.  Chips are not to be placed in your pockets or anywhere else that is out of view for this and security reasons.  Anyone caught taking any chips off the tables and putting them in their pockets will be asked to leave.
