PPL BlackJack Rules:

• Dealers cannot deal any card until all bets are placed
• Dealer will use 6 combined decks with a cut card
• Dealer will reshuffle when cut card is reached
• Dealer must stand on ALL 17’s and hit on 16
• Dealer must collect on busted hand before going to next player
• Ace is one (1) or eleven (11) for dealer and all players
• Blackjack is an Ace plus any ten (10) point card
• Blackjack pays 2 to 1
• No “Insurance” bets are allowed
• No Blackjack on split cards, counts as 21 only
• When Aces are split, draw one (1) card only per ace
• Double down on 10 or 11, draw one (1) card only:  Must double the players original bet before card is dealt
• Split any pair and match pair: even money for beating the dealer
• On splits, deal card to one hand at a time
• House takes ALL ties, except Blackjack, and 21 is a push
• Minimum of three (3) hands playing at all times
• Maximum bet is $5.00
• No side bets are allowed
• The Charity or House has the right to close any table or game
